Founding Partner Agreement
Addendum to the Terms of Service. This agreement outlines the additional terms and benefits for Founding Partners.
Term
24 months from the Effective Date ("Founding Partner Period").
Pricing
50% discount on the standard platform fee and per-cpu-hour overage rate.
The discounted rate is fixed and not subject to pricing adjustments during the Founding Partner Period.
Compute Priority
Customer's jobs receive scheduling priority over standard-tier customers during periods of high demand.
This is a best-effort commitment and does not constitute a guaranteed SLA.
Feedback & Reference
Participate in periodic feedback sessions (approximately quarterly, ~30 minutes each).
Grants PencilRoads permission to reference Customer as an early adopter.
Customer may opt for anonymous reference at any time.
Conversion
At the end of the Founding Partner Period, the subscription auto-converts to standard pricing in effect at that time.
PencilRoads will provide at least 60 days' notice of the applicable standard rate before conversion.
