Terms of Service

PencilRoads provides computational workflow services on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis.

No guaranteed uptime SLA.

During periods of high demand, jobs may be queued and executed in order of submission.

PencilRoads reserves the right to implement job scheduling priorities, including queue ordering, concurrent job limits per organization, and maximum job duration policies.

Any scheduling policies change will be communicated with at least 14 days' written notice.

Pricing as set forth on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

PencilRoads may adjust pricing with at least 60 days' prior written notice.

Customer may terminate without penalty if they do not agree to adjusted pricing.

Founding Partner discounted rates are locked for the duration of the Founding Partner term and are not subject to pricing adjustments.

Sustained usage exceeding 10x the included allocation in any rolling 7-day period.

Automated or programmatic job submission designed to monopolize compute capacity without prior arrangement.

Cryptocurrency mining, unrelated model training, or resale of compute capacity.

All customer data is processed and stored exclusively within the European Union (Hetzner Cloud, Europe).

No data transfers outside the EU unless explicitly requested by the customer in writing.

AI features are provided for legitimate engineering work within the platform.

We reserve the right to limit or suspend access to AI features in cases of excessive automated usage, scripting against the AI API, or abusive patterns.

Fair use limits are generous and designed to accommodate normal professional workflows. Typical users will never encounter them.

If your usage is flagged, we will notify you before taking any action.

Users must not use the platform for illegal activities.

Users must not attempt to circumvent security measures.

Users must not share credentials or access tokens.

Users are responsible for content they upload and workflows they run.
